Subprocessors

OurCommunitySite uses the following subprocessors to help provide the Service. Each receives only what it needs to provide its part of the Service.

• WP Engine — hosts the websites and the data stored on them.
• Stripe — processes subscription payments and, where an association turns it on, residents’ online dues payments.
• Elastic Email — sends outbound email (notices, password resets, community messages) on our behalf.
• Anthropic — provides the AI model behind the AI features: Community Rules Q&A and document questions, which answer from your community’s own documents, and writing help for site administrators.
• U.S. Postal Service — verifies and standardizes resident mailing addresses entered on your Site.
• Google — provides maps and web fonts shown on your Site.
• Cloudflare — checks that new sign-ups come from people, not bots.

We will update this list before adding a new subprocessor that receives Customer Data.
