Does our association need a website?
Under current Florida law, condominium associations with 25 or more units and homeowners associations with 100 or more parcels must post certain official records on a website or app. Smaller associations often choose to have one anyway. Your association’s attorney can confirm what applies to you.
Will the website make us compliant?
